• Deed and Mortgage Title Report
  A uninsured, informational title report which details mortgage or deed of trust activity affecting title. This report is useful to determine or confirm mortgage priorities and last assignees of each mortgage or deed of trust lien of record. Judgments, taxes and other encumbrances (other than mortgages or deeds of trust) are not reported.

  A uninsured, informational title report that reflects the status of title as affected by events occurring subsequent to the current owner’s acquisition of the premises.
